At Aquatime Pools, we believe your pool build should be simple, transparent, and packed with value. That’s why we offer a generous list of standard inclusions with every pool we install - no hidden costs or confusing extras. Just everything you need to get swimming sooner.
What’s Included in Your Pool Installation?
When you choose an Aquatime pool, the price covers far more than the fibreglass shell. Our standard installation package brings together the key components needed to get your pool installed, operating and ready for handover: building approval and QBCC home warranty insurance, excavation and crane hire, a steel reinforced concrete bond beam and porcelain coping, pool filtration and equipment, plumbing, and the chemicals and cleaning gear for your first swim.
Having these pool installation inclusions in one package means fewer surprises and fewer separate trades to organise. You can compare quotes on what you actually get, not just the price of the pool.
The package is based on 3m clear access and a level site. Every backyard is different, and things like a sloping block, rock or restricted access can change what your site needs. We’ll confirm what applies to your site when we quote.

Pool Shell and Structural Finish
Your fibreglass pool, set in a reinforced concrete bond beam and finished with porcelain coping.

Excavating your site, craning the shell into place and backfilling around it.

Filtration and Pool Equipment
A filter, salt chlorinator and pump to keep your water clean, on its own concrete slab.

The pipework that connects your pool to its equipment and manages the water level.

Aquatime's published standard inclusions are based on 3m clear access and a level site.
What is included with a standard Aquatime pool installation?
Standard inclusions cover the pool shell, approvals, filtration equipment, plumbing, excavation, crane hire, backfill, bond beam, coping, safety items and final handover requirements.
Are the standard inclusions based on specific site conditions?
Yes. The published package is based on 3m clear access and a level site. Different site conditions may require additional work or costs.
Is building approval included?
Yes. Building approval is included in the standard Aquatime package.
Is QBCC home warranty insurance included?
Yes. QBCC home warranty insurance is listed as a standard inclusion.
What filtration equipment is included?
The current standard package lists an AstralPool XC100 cartridge filter, AstralPool E25 salt chlorinator and Viron CTX single pool pump.
Is excavation included?
Standard excavation is included, but the published inclusion excludes site levelling and rock excavation.
Is crane hire included?
Standard Franna crane hire up to a 15m reach is included, subject to site conditions.
Are coping tiles included?
Yes. The standard package includes 600 x 400 x 20mm porcelain coping tiles.
Is the concrete bond beam included?
Yes. A 150mm thick steel reinforced concrete bond beam is included.
What safety and handover items are included?
The package includes temporary fencing for six weeks, a resuscitation sign, start-up chemicals, manual cleaning equipment and a final pool inspection.
